Integrating RightFax with OneBox

To ensure that the RightFax server can communicate with the OneBox telephony

server, you must:

• If you are using an E1 Integration and you are running RightFax and OneBox on

separate platforms, you must install the E1 Integration CD on the RightFax server.

• Set up one or more WorkServers with Enable Telephony Server routing selected,

the protocol assigned, and the File Route capability enabled.

• Assign channel capability to the board servers.

• Set up the fax default user account.

• Set up subscriber accounts in OneBox that will use fax messaging.

Installing the E1 Integration CD

If you are using an E1 Integration and you plan to run RightFax and OneBox on

separate platforms, you must install the E1 Integration CD on your RightFax server. An

E1 Integration CD is shipped with all E1 Integration packages.

! To install the E1 Integration CD:

1. Place the E1 Integration CD in the DVD drive.

2. Locate the readme file by following the path Install\Tserver\Readme.txt.

3. Follow the instructions in the readme file.
