Assigning the Telephony Server to One or More
WorkServers
You must assign the telephony server to one or more WorkServers. Typically, you
would do so with WorkServers 1 and 2. If the source mailbox in OneBox is a call
processor mailbox, it can support multiple logons from several WorkServers. However,
if the source mailbox is a subscriber mailbox, enable only one WorkServer.
Access the RightFax WorkServer Control Panel utility, then select a WorkServer. In the
telephony server Routing group box, click Enable and assign the telephony server
name or IP address and network protocol as shown in Figure 3. For more information,
refer to the online help or the RightFax documentation.
Note Telephony Server Routing needs to be enabled for any WorkServer that may
have the FileRoute capability.
