Setting Up Fax Support on the Telephony

Server

The Telephony Gateway enables the telephony server fax features and allows the

telephony server to be integrated with the fax server. To set up the gateway, you must

perform the following steps:

• Review installation requirements.

• Install the feature key.

• Establish LAN connections between the two platforms.

• Specify the RightFax server name and LAN protocol in the Configuration utility.

• Configure the OneBox system’s dialing plans.

• Create a “source” mailbox that will be used to receive faxes from the fax server

then to forward them to the appropriate destinations.

• Install or create cover pages.
